I have a 5600X and 9950X is nothing close to my previous processor. I run the processor with a Noctua NH-D15 (no liquid cooling) and when the CPU utilization gets to around 40% it gets SUPER HOT in the room.
A positive side effect - my lab (~12sqm) will be a bit warmer in the winter, but in summertime it gets really hot.
There's nothing to be said about that processor, I've had it for a few weeks, and it runs flawlessly.

Verifizierter Kauf
The processor came in a cardboard with a thin sheet of insulation (imagine pipe insulation) covering it. It did not came in the original package.However, I do not care about packaging, as I'm not a reseller, but a consumer.
