About the Motherboard:
The features of the motherboard are very promising at a very attractive price.
Unfortunately, I had several problems while running under windows 7 ultimate 64bit:
1. A very strange bothering noise: http://www.xtremesystems.org
2. Some issues with the HDA Header: http://forums.tweaktown.com
3. Driver problems with gigabyte raid that didn't allow the computer to shutdown correctly.
All of them are solvable, but until I found out what was wrong, it took me some time; several call to Mindfactory service and even to the manufacturer of the chassis.
To make story short, problem 1 is solved by disabling processor C1E state. Problem 2 by using an unofficial driver (http://www.scorptec.com.au you can also try with the sound driver 2.44 from Realtek (for me didn't work). Problem 3 is solved by not installing the gigabyte raid utility.
I would definitely buy this motherboard again, as I said before the price/feature ratio is unique, but I remove 2 stars because of the lack well functioning drivers.
