The cables are individually sleeved and modular - a great feature, which makes the high price more reasonable.
The cooling fan can be loud however under 80% of usage, it remains barely audible.
For a SFF computer case, an SF power supply can make a big difference - in my case it allowed me to fit a larger, side case fan. This improved thermals significantly, as the case can draw in more cool air. The alternative is to use a regular ATX PSU and a thinner case fan - such as the Shuriken Slipstream 12mm fan and blast it at high RPM. Using the SF750, I can use a regular 120mm cased fan, at much lower RPM - leading to much lower noise and lower CPU/GPU/case temperatures overal.
My only criticism is the price, which is high but it's worth paying in my opinion. The individually-sleeved, modular cables and good performance make it worth paying extra. Corsair also make a cheaper SF variant, with Gold efficiency for those on a budget.

I use this in a Silverstone SG13 case, to power a Ryzen 5 2600 and a RX 5700XT.The cables are individually sleeved and modular - a great feature, which makes the high price more reasonable.

The included individually sleeved cables are very high quality and just the perfect length of some of the very popular ITX cases (e.g. NCASE M1).

Easily the best SFX PSU on the market. While 750W is an overkill for basically any ITX system (and why else would you get an SFX PSU?), the fact that it is extremely efficient and runs in 0 RPM (i.e. fan turned off, completely silent) until 300W power consumption makes it very easy to recommend. The included individually sleeved cables are very high quality and just the perfect length of some of the very popular ITX cases (e.g. NCASE M1).
